IJSPM is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal which publishes original research papers. The journal provides an international forum for the publication of high quality research relating to all areas of strategic property management. IJSPM seeks to publish interesting, well-written and academically robust papers which communicate clearly on international strategic property management issues. The journal welcomes papers from many countries. Recently published papers have come from authors in Europe, the Far East, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Africa, and North America.
Prior to the introduction of IJSPM, there were limited opportunities for researchers in the strategic property management areas, other than conference papers, to produce academic papers for dissemination and development of the subject matter. IJSPM is the world's only peer-reviewed, academic journal dedicated to strategic property management. Timeliness of publication is one of the priorities of the IJSPM. A double-blind review process ensures the relevance and value of the papers.
