We greatly appreciate the time and effort given by reviewers in evaluating papers for publication in our journal. Thanks to your contribution, Central European Journal of Chemistry authors receive fast, fair and comprehensive review.  

Our standards

• our reviewers are kindly requested to deliver reports in 3-4 weeks, 
• communications are intended to be published in 6-7 weeks from receipt, research and review papers in 8-9 weeks, unless they need major revision by authors
• research articles and communications are reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers, review papers by at least three
• we pay special attention to receive unbiased, fair opinions; special policies govern allocation of reviewers to articles
• whenever submission qualifies for publication but needs substantial revision, reviewers are asked to give comprehensive opinion on necessary improvements
