Aims and scope
Aims and scope Central European Journal of Biology provides an international medium devoted to the rapid publication of manuscripts that report novel findings of broad biological significance, likely to advance the direction and thinking of the field. The journal has been established primarily to enhance communication of the finest research conducted in Central and Eastern Europe to the global scientific community; however, contributions from other regions are by no means excluded. Our central goal is to provide a forum for the dissemination of research data from the full spectrum of biology, and to facilitate the collaboration of researchers from different countries. In order to serve as a wide-ranging platform for the exchange of ideas, Central European Journal of Biology accommodates a variety different exposition styles and formats to help scientists from various backgrounds interact effortlessly. The journal publishes papers in the following formats: Research Articles, Communications, Reviews, Mini-Reviews, and Commentaries on recent advances of interest to its readership. Central European Journal of Biology will also feature letters to the Editor. The journal broadly embraces diverse topics and fields of study including:
