RESPONSIBILITIES

• contacts with scientists
• search for high quality submissions
• promote journal to potential authors
• promote published articles to readers and citers
• building databases of institutions
• occasional editing of submissions
   

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• meeting deadlines for all specific tasks
